Chinese Noodles Stir-Fried with Seafood

Ingredients

1.White Chinese noodles
2.Pad Khee Mao sauce
3.Shrimp
4.Squid
5.Oil
6. Garlic
7.Fingerroot
8.Carrots
9.Chili peppers
10.Fresh green peppercorns
11.Kaffir lime leaves
12.Thai basil

Process

Boil Noodle in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes

Drain boiled water and rinse with room temperature water.

After the pan gets hot, add a little bit of oil, Add shrimp and squid

Add Pad Khee Mao sauce , Stir well until meats are cooked.

Set shrimp and squid aside to prevent overcooking

Add garlic, chili, green peppercorns, and kaffir lime leaves. If the sauce is too dry, add a bit of water.

Add the prepared noodles and stir until well blended

Add fingerroot, carrots, Thai basil and stir-fry everything together.

Plate the noodles and top with the cooked shrimp and squid. Ready to serve.
